IRA LLC Application

Terms:

Discount Solo 401k will facilitate the opening of a self-directed IRA with an IRS-approved custodian and create the special purpose LLC for the IRA to give you checkbook control of your funds as the LLC manager. We will also obtain or assist you in obtaining an EIN for your new LLC. We will provide annual maintenance including any necessary or requested amendments to the LLC operating agreement as well as ongoing support for your use of your IRA LLC. Annual maintenance is priced at $300 per year per LLC after the first year. Fees paid to Discount Solo 401k include the custodial setup fee and annual maintenance fee for the self-directed IRA. Filing fees to your chosen Secretary of State vary and are an additional cost. Late fees may apply to annual fees not received before the end of the billing grace period.

Our services are intended for an individual who is a fiduciary to his or her own IRA. You hereby recognize that you are responsible for making decisions about the investments of the account as well as when and where to seek advice and services for the IRA LLC. Our services do not transfer any fiduciary responsibility and we never handle any of your retirement funds.
